Service Description
A 90-minute individualized education session designed around your family’s food allergy needs, questions, and priorities. Before we meet, you’ll complete a brief intake form so we can make the most of our time together. After your session, you’ll receive a personalized recap with resources and next steps.
Cancellation Policy
Initial consultation requests are subject to approval. Once approved, payment is due within 24 hours to secure your appointment. If payment is not received, a reminder will be sent and the appointment may be canceled if payment remains outstanding. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments are non-refundable.
